I need put the pin first then any screen lock the fingerprint works fine. I’m starting to run out of patience. I think that is not possible on mi6 and most phones. How important is that band? I really wish Xiaomi would just have it included on every international version! It’ll force close apps in the background to provide more memory to the currently open app.

I’ll probably stick to MIUI personally, because stability is more important for me. But if it’s a pain to use or I find it uncomfortable, I’ll flash Lineage. Went from a phone with b28 to the 4x and haven’t noticed any difference in speeds or coverage.

I’d say the importance of b28 is wildly exaggerated, at least for city dwellers. I live and work around the Sydney CBD. Cool thanks for that explanation, I had been seeing Lineage pop up everywhere but was unsure what this refered to.

I too have never encountered issues and have regular 4g access both at home and on commute with my 4x. The wait is killing me even though I knew it would take weeks. I ordered mine on the 1St April it is showing the following hopefully on a plane to Australia has a little plane after Australia normal post.

I ordered from Aliexpress on the 28th, it has been stuck in Singapore for the last few days, but the tracking has just updated to “[AUSYD] parcel departed from exchange office”.

I assume this has now left Singapore and is being delivered to Sydney. Hopefully get it within a week from now in Adelaide It took 2 days after that message for my parcel to left chin let us know when you get your phone so I know mine is only a couple of days off.

I’m worried as I ordered the black global version via HK on Gearbest last night then got an email this morning about their April deals and see there’s an international one as well.

A quick search seems to point to the international version having an extra band 20? But then looking at the global version on gear best it seems to be identical. Even on aliexpress where they refer to just the global they seem to have both 4 and 4X with the SD I ordered on the 1st at some horrendously late hour.

It was shipped early on the 3rd but my tracking has said “Notification of shipment confirmation” since then so I’m thinking it hasn’t technically shipped. No you ordered correctly.

Unless you’re going to flash the phone global rom is better and will get OTA updates etc. Note 4 with global rom is the same as the 4x version 4x version has internation rom though not global.

Note 4 with chinese rom has a different processor altogether. This explains some of it: Interesting video using 2 sims AND an sdcard on note 4 https: Thanks for that info.

Mine has shipped via DHL last night That dual SIM hack is crazy. Lost me when they break out the lighter and tweezers. I think I’ll pass but good to see it’ll read both at the same time just fine.

However I am getting confused every time I do research on which one to buy? I am looking at https: Is this the correct model with correct ROM? Have anybody dealt with this seller Xiaomi MC Store?

Furthermore — can anybody please recommend a good cover and tempered glass protector which fit this phone? I got this one https: Got mine from Goldway in 3 days DHL.

The case and screen protector bundle that I paid extra for is not great. But it served its purpose until I could find a better one that I liked. Ended up purchasing a new case and screen protector: How does the glass adhere to the face, does it bend down the curve, or does it just stop short before the curve.

There’s a huge air gap on every edge. Very annoying and ugly as hell. I didn’t even think that was possible for overseas boo, mine’s taking forever. I read about this with the curved edges.

My brother had the same issue with his galaxy s7 so I ordered a tempered glass screen and a soft old style one as well in case. The Redmi note 4X undressed http: I fully charged it, went through the initial setup and started grabbing all the usual apps I had on my iPhone 6 Plus.

Fast forward a few hours and I’ve got it pretty much exactly how I want it. I’ve even added an iPhone 7 theme which I figure most would laugh at but coming from iOS I’m so familiar with the app icons its helps.

I’m honestly amazed at how good this phone is for the price. Absolutely amazing and the battery is especially a stand out As for the 4G question I posed with the omission of the B28 mhz band.

I’m getting full 4G on Optus here at home and signal strength seems no different to my iPhone so thats just perfect. Can anyone recommend a decent slim hard case for this phone? The back is pretty smooth but I dont want to add bulk to it.

Also what is a decent browser on Android besides I guess Chrome? I would love one that has a decent speed dial feature in it which seems to be missing in Chrome itself. Not a deal breaker but a nice to have.

My Note 4x was ordered on 20 March from xiaomi mc store, and current status says “despatched to overseas country, country code AU” as at 25 March. I can’t promise they’re what you’re after because I haven’t got them yet and in all likeliness they will be a lot longer than my phone will be but these are the two I’ve ordered for mine.

I’ve always used Ringke slim cases with the my last 3 phones and loved them but they don’t make for xiami Nilkin do but I don’t like the open top and bottoms http: My Note 4x was ordered on 20 March from xiaomi mc store, and current status says “despatched to overseas country, country code AU” as at 25 March Mine is currently “in transit” to Australia so it finally got updated although I had to use a different tracking address than the original provided by the store.

How long has yours it been like this mine has been like this since Thursday night. It seems like it’s been like this forever. It’s been at Least 2weeks I’d say. I’m starting to run out of patience.

I own a Mi Max, not a RN4, so my answers may not be definitive. On my last few phones I have been using frosted matte cases similar to the Nillkin ones. My previous phone landed on its edge from one meter on concrete without being damaged [edit: With the supplied Miui browser, you should be able to add shortcuts to the home page for speed dial.

I find it is a good browser for watching videos. It was this one https: Anyone had any exp with marshmallow? You can add home page links in chrome as well but I don’t really like that feature as a speed dial as I’m a neat freak and like to minimise what’s on the main UI pages.

I went ahead and ordered one of those matte thin cases on Saturday before I saw this thread so all good. This phone is a slippery beast so definitely order something grippy if you can.

Sweet just checked taking and it’s now updated to, arrived in destination county. I will go with miui eu rom initially. If i get bored will switch to RRemix rom heard great feedback about it.

I hope it is this week that our phones arrive, would be nice to have over the long weekend. Order was placed on the 29th, it was shipped 2 days later, it remained in transit for approx 5 days, now its ‘arrived in destination country’.

Sorry, there was confusion re language. Boat is my main browser and has a speed dial, but I didn’t recommend it as later versions have a lot of advertising. I also use Puffin as it opens any link without fail.

It has speed dial, loads pages quickly and has many customisable features. My issue with that one is it does not say if it has global rom stay away if it has no global rom you will not get OTA updates.

As far as features go, Chrome is a dog. The only thing that redeems it to some extent is that it syncs with the Desktop version, if that’s important to you. It has no text reflow same as many modern browsers which is another fail imo.

I’ve found nothing better than UC Browser. It’s very popular in China. It has a load of features including text reflow, which is mandatory if you visit many sites that aren’t optimised for mobile and it also has the ability to remember the zoom level you set on a site basis.

Definitely worth a look. If you give it a try, make sure you hit the hamburger stack in the middle at the bottom and then swipe left and change “fit to screen” to “zoom view”. Ugh, read my shipping info wrong.

It’s not in the air. Currently “Departed from Processing Facility”. I must say, watching tracking move at snails pace while existing in no mobile phone land, is certainly a lesson in being patient.

Taking all I’ve got not to run to Harvey Norman or something similar screaming “take my money” and run out with a phone, any phone! Be careful with that seller. I asked a few questions about global rom and got a standard “it’s unlocked” and nothing more.

Then I googled the seller and post after post after post showed up complaints about his apparent “warranty” so I decided to avoid. I want to buy Note 4 from Aliexpress and then use Aldi simcard on that.

But i am not sure which phone from ali express will work with ALDI. As long as it has a Global rom it should work Only omission from this and most Chinese phones is band 28 as said above check link on post above as well the following bands are used in Australia as per Whirlpool wiki 3G bands.

As long as it has a Global rom it should work Only omission from this and most Chinese phones is band 28 as said above check link on post above as well the following bands are used in Australia.

Is this phone ok to work work with ALDI and vodafone. Because i have 6 mnonths contract left with vodafone before shifting to ALDI. I ordered one from them on the 1st of april, with DHL delivery, Its shown 3 different tracking numbers so far, none of which are valid.

I’ve emailed them but no response. Hope you have a better experience than me. Did you go with DHL delivery? If so does your tracking number work or come up as not found?

If so does your tracking number work or come up as not found. Very annoying they have made the front white and not the same colour as the rest of the phone.

It’s annoying they have gone for the metal case and likewise Meizu, Huawei etc. I don’t like metal cases, they feel cold and horrible in winter IMO. I noticed there is also Mi 5, Redmi 4 and Redmi Pro in the 5″ range, with different processors for some reason — what’s the purpose of the different models?

It’s Zapp Brannigan writes Email them but no response. If possible do not buy from Xiaomi Online Store, they are cheating the shipping information to avoid 8 days order cancel policy and not response any email.

I was thinking of buying from them but i will wait untill you guys get that. It sucks you guys are having such long delays and issues with shipping. Hopefully they arrive before Easter!

I bought the Global ROM version in black which isn’t on their website at the moment stock seems to come in and go fast but you can check which warehouse it ships from and what shipping options you can choose.

I’ve sorted my browser woes. When removing some apps I must have removed the MI Browser thinking I wouldn’t need it but you can reinstate it by going into the file system and running the. There are a few threads on the MI forums explaining how to do it.

It seems a lot of people remove it thinking its rubbish but now I’ve actually used it a while its a step up from Chrome! Simple speed dial, desktop options and full screen Anything is a step up from Chrome.

UC Browser is the best featured browser I’ve tried to date. Best bang for buck phone on the market right now. Performance just as good as the RN3P so don’t worry about the benchmarks.

Wow that’s good to hear, from all the reviews I’ve seen the camera is very low quality in poor lighting settings. Makes me wonder about how bad the RN3P camera was. Main reason why I got the N4X over the RN3P was for the ‘better’ camera, good hear that you think it is an improvement.

I emailed the store yesterday, but no response, if I open a dispute, the only option is to request a refund, or return goods.. Neither of the above suits, i really want the phone, and paid for the faster DHL service, but if they dont respond in the next day or so, I’ll ask for a refund and order elsewhere.

Purchase separately a leather flip case for them so one has arrived, just waiting on the other case to arrive too. Auto schedule phone to switch off at I had a delay on first order via DHL but that was sort of partly my fault.

They tried to contact me to say suburb post code doesn’t match Brisbane’s postcode as I normally write Suburb, Postcode, Brisbane Australia. So have the right address they expect for faster delivery.

So scheduled redelivery for April 10th but surprised they delivered it on a Sunday April 9th! So days from send out and 11 days from order. Curious do you notice the plastic top and bottom on the snapdragon one compared to the helio one?

Is it very noticeable and does it make the snapdragon feel less premium? If you mean the white front face seems plastic like then yeah — how else does white show up? It would be the rear cover. I’ve read the Helio has an all metal back but the snapdragon version has a plastic bit top and bottom also on the back cover.

AFAIK on the top and bottom of the back of the phone it has plastic as that’s where the antenna is and to get better reception they have plastic still waiting for mine to arrive.

Hopefully 2nd link will actually ship the goods. Xiaomi did a good job with the Redmi Note 4 Helio’s design and succeeded in making the elegant metal chassis more premium than the Note 3.

It was a substantial improvement, with an all-metal rear cover, diamond-cut antenna strips and sides, and a luxurious polished shell. For whatever reason, Xiaomi went with the old Redmi Note 3’s build and design, leaving us feeling cheated.

Visually, the Snapdragon edition can only be described as a downgrade compared to the Helio edition. Has anyone bought the MTK version and is there any major downside to that version?

I’d be leaving it stock and am not interested in flashing it with another rom. Mine is still saying “despatched to overseas country, country code AU” as at 25 March. Sorry, its only been 23 days.

I’ve had a cold and am not thinking clearly. I appreciate your help and replies. Same phone, different modem. Go with the global version. International is China ROM. Global means you’ll get it’s updates.

On its way to destination country. Mine has been sitting in that position since last week. In this detailed post by a purchaser of both versions, was the comment “both surprisingly well made”. Yeah, it’s just a false ploy to get your hopes up that it’s on its way ;-.

Thanks, the 1st link was to Xiaomi Online Store and i have lodged a dispute with aliexpress asking for a full refund from them, my latest 3rd tracking number still doesn’t register after 12 days, I’ve had enough.

Will keep looking for an alternate supplier with the global rom. Shipping wasn’t fast, but he didn’t pay for fast shipping. Took about 3 weeks total I think to get here.

I ended up going through Banggood with mine, solely because when I was asking questions about their ROM’s they were super helpful. One girl actually waited for her supervisor to get to work so she could pick his brain about the differences between the 4x international rom and the 4 global rom and then explained what those differences were between both the roms and the phones in clear detail in an email a few hours later.

They also had the all black global in stock. I didn’t want a white front. But I can’t say how fast shipping is. I ordered late on their Friday so nothing moved for 2 days then it sat somewhere for 6 days before tracking finally kicked in they offer EMS but not DHL.

Still, everyone I’ve spoken to there has been helpful and polite. Geekbuying were pretty curt and not exactly helpful. I have no experience with GearBest, but they never seemed to have the global rom in stock in anything other than Gold when I was looking.

Correct me if i am wrong but the 4x’s top and bottom piece are plastic vs 4’s metal? That’s what I read on XDA. After opening a dispute with aliexpress, I have just got a 4th tracking number that works and an email from the store, saying “so sorry you opened a dispute” and they will refund me if I want.

Really does suck that you dont get a response from the seller unless you lodge a dispute and get aliexpress to step in. Looking at getting the black colour Note 4 global version from geekbuying http: Is that an ok price?

I’ve bought stuff from them before, but mainly want to use paypal funds. Ugh, this is like watching grass grow. I think I’m obsessed. So over not having a phone. Family are sick of listening to me.

Previous update was “Received at Air Transit Centre”. Every time I think it’s about to get on a plane it seems to continue to travel around and not actually make it on one! I paid extra for day shipping.

I don’t imagine it’s going to make it here in 3 more days. Ebay is the same sometimes. I hope it starts updating and they do right by you. Looking at getting the black colour Note 4 global version from geekbuying That’s the right one.

After opening a dispute with aliexpress, I have just got a 4th tracking number that works and an email from the store. I also got 4th tracking number from the store “Xiaomi Online Store” and DHL shows the shipping procedures started on Apr which is totally more than 14 days since I placed the order.

They replied few emails keeps saying the parcel already sent out which is not true. By any mean do not buy from “Xiaomi Online Store” they are not honest and I will wait for 24 hours if not update I will log a dispute and cancel the order.

Just wasting my time on this seller, hopeless. Maybe they just busy with alot of orders? For the price I’d just wait to honest. They’re also resending out my missing Aus adaptor for my 2nd order too.

Would of been nice to have it with my order, though they were ok sending it out now. Although it still says “Dispatched to overseas country” on the vendor’s AliExpress tracking page, the singapore post website has it landed in my country, so it’s ahead of the vendor’s site.

The point is they keep changing the tracking no. On the past few days they keep saying the parcel has been out already but when I got the 4th tracking no. Mine arrived this morning happy dance.

Apparently when I thought it was on it’s way here, it was actually on it’s way here. Singpost never registered as being in Aus so I thought it was still in Singapore. It did say it was with the delivery courier this morning but I thought it was being shipped off to the airport or something.

It was wonderfully protected in a huge weird strong bubble wrap bag, fully sealed with a global rom sticker. No AU charger but that’s okay, I have a thousand of the bit that goes into the wall.

It’s sitting in my kitchen charging up. Only problem is it’ll be weeks before my case gets here. Should have ordered one with the phone lesson learned. Reality exceeded my expectations for a change that never happens.

I live under a dark cloud of despair normally: I’ve just started setting it up. Will have a fiddle this afternoon getting it right and do so: Interested to see how it feels coming from a stock rom on the Nexus 5x also terrified about the camera.

One thing the Nexus did do was take awesome photos. Okay, have to say, loving it! The “plastic” bits top and bottom on the rear cover really don’t feel cheap or like plastic to me at all.

Phone updated the ROM right out of the box. Things open quickly, has been zero lag with anything. Had a bit of an issue trying to create a Mi account, kept getting an error message that optus didn’t have enough credit to send that type of sms which is odd, I’m not with Optus.

Got around it by logging in with email instead. Colours on screen are good, MiUi8 is a pleasure to deal with, lack of an app drawer I thought would drive me nuts and maybe it’s because I don’t have much installed yet, but it’s not.

If it does I’ll re-download Nova Launcher. There’s loads of themes available though and it came with all google stuff as well as swiftkey all ready to go. Not much bloatware other than google apps and what there is so far has been delete-able which is lovely.

Fingerprint scanner has been very fast. Has missed one or two times but I think I’ve come at it from a weird angle. Selfie camera tested by the daughter and passed with flying colours.

Gave the back camera a quick go and it was okay. This phone will never be your sole camera but photo was clear and I’m happy with it for now. Amount of customization available is superb.

I’m someone who customizes like crazy so I can see myself being kept happy for a long while. You can customize right down the colours of your notification LED used to have a separate app on my phone for that, now it’s in the settings and whether or not you want notifications on the status bar or just in the drop down menu.

You can even choose the look of your battery symbol, if you want your service provider displayed and your wifi speeds up on the notification bar. Options to have shortcuts for torch, wifi, bluetooth widgets etc are all also pre-installed, again something that required a separate app on my nexus.

So far very impressed! Sim tray is a little stiff but I might be babying it a little. I hope all of you get yours soon! I’m keen to see what you all think, but imo it’s definitely worth the wait!

I had convinced myself that my Moto G original didn’t need replacing Now I need to go find a toilet and arrange an accident with my current phone Now maybe I’m wrong, but after 4 DHL shipping numbers the last one yesterday which still hasnt changed I tend to think that their response is a crock of shit, and they dont want a dispute showing against the store.

I know I cant speed up a delivery unless of course its never actually left, so not really sure what closing the dispute will do, but hey, what the hell, I’m willing to give them one last chance.

Bear in mind I don’t generally buy flagships and am coming from a Nexus 5x as well as 4 weeks with no phone. I might love any phone that was mine right now but I’m still loving it, just covering my rear end in case you hate it, also with 2 weeks shipping minimum, hold off on the accident to that Motorola for a bit!

I know with ebay and paypal, once you close a dispute you can’t re-open it, which is possibly what they’re after. My shipping remained stagnant for 8 days of the 14 it took to get here but after that it was updated twice daily.

Have you tracked through here: Bear in mind I don’t generally buy flagships and am coming from a Nexus 5x. My current phone is a 3 4? So I am definitely not a flagship buyer either. So I am definitely not a flagship buyer either Guess not!

Just wanted to cover myself in case ;. Mine is on a plane for a week now I thought they had slow boats from china not planes. I would have thought about 3 days was right.

If my tracking is correct mine was in air for about 24 hours. Maybe it’s landed but just hasn’t been updated? Mine was never marked as being in Australia, maybe because the whole lot was handled by Speedpost and not Aus.

I have raised a dispute against Xiaomi online store, I lost confidence on what they gave me the last tracking no. The email they replied saying DHL has too much parcel to handle, unbelievable excuse.

They said will offer me discount on next purchase. Will you order from them again? Jessa, where did you order from and by DHL or not? I ordered from banggood. And heck no, no way I’d be ordering from someone that didn’t send me a product in the first place!

No tracking makes sense I guess if they were busy, but it doesn’t make sense that 4 different tracking numbers were attached to the 1 package and that NONE of them were being updated. Thanks for photo’s top and bottom of phones explained diff now BTW which do you prefer black or white I got black front grey back still waiting for delivery.

It never happened before for other sellers using DHL. I already raised a dispute against Xiaomi online store, do not expect I will receive the phone. Once refund have to look some where else to buy.

BTW which do you prefer black or white I got black front grey back. The phones are for my parents but if i had to choose i by looks it’s black front as my S7 is black too.

But doesn’t matter much as i always use cases — S7 uses otterbox defender and parents phones will use leather wallet cases they had wallet cases for their own Nokia as well saves hassles on finding that perfect screen protector heh.

Thanks for the comparison! I thought about getting the mtk version. Be interesting to see how they both continue to stack up against each other. Black vs white screen, husband has a mi max and reviews showed a kind of black rim around the screen on the white fronts which my husbands has.

It doesn’t bother him but it would bug me. Seeing mine next to his i Ifeel the black front looks less plastic. I had a white galaxy s5 and it kind of went yellowish after a while. I’m not sure I’ll ever buy a white front again but other half says he would if nothing else was available.

I hope wherever you order the new one from gets it to you fast. I contacted my seller yesterday and was told that it would be days from the time they sent it off. Looks like I still have a bit of a wait ahead of me.

I contacted my seller yesterday and was told that it would be days. Australia Destination Country What I am assuming maybe either they stuffed up somewhere or the colour you wanted they are out of stock mine was grey back black front my mistake on date it was ordered 30th march BUT I have a cover from another supplier ordered same day still in China security check since the 5th April.

Costas, did you order from Xiaomi Online Store. I placed order on Mar and got first 2 tracking numbers on 1-Apr since then no change on shipping status then on 7-Apr they sent me 3rd tracking but no work.

On Apr they sent me 4th tracking number. I ordered colour grey back black front. Anyway I have raised a dispute and do not want to deal with this seller any more and requested for refund.

I believed will take a while before the issue settle down. This is my experienced with this Seller — “Xiaomi Online Store”. Packages with rechargerable products via DHL are checked strictly by the custom.

The phone can be chargerd and had been checked by the custom. Many phones and notebooks were been returned. We have tried to ship to your parcel three times but had been returned.

Now it is on the way to your address. You can receive it soon. We really hope for your kind understanding. We have confirmed with the shipping carrier several times and the shipping information will be updated soon.

Your kind understanding and support will be highly appreciated. This might actually be true not that it’s an excuse. I recall reading somewhere that other sites use EMS instead of DHL because DHL don’t allow batteries to be sent but then why some get through and others don’t who knows and I could be totally wrong about having read that.

My friend ordered Xiaomi note 4 global version from geekbuying with DHL shipping, it received with 5 days without any issue. My point is every time they gave me different story about the shipping until I raised a dispute to aliexpress.

Now they have another story and asked me to truth them the parcel has been shipped. If DHL has rejected 3 times than it may reject 4th times. I think you mean trust them, and I did 2 days ago on my 4th tracking number, which has not changed from hong kong, going to leave mine until monday, but i am certain I will need to get a refund, if it hasnt shipped the 3 previous times, why will the 4th?

Had checked 4th tracking no. Can’t tell you for sure but given you’re not the only one having a problem I’d just be getting my money refunded and going elsewhere if I could. I’d rather pay more and have it arrive than continue to deal with people who seem rather dubious.

I really wanted the redmi 4 prime instead cause it’s 5. With all the issues you guys are having, doesnt auger well for me and my situation.

Prenez un de ces appareils, allumez-le et jouez avec. Certaines alternatives sont idiotes et l’industrie perd un temps incroyable dans ce type d’exercice. Mais je pense que Xiaomi est injustement sous le feu des projecteurs.

Redmi 2 Prime Redmi 2. Do you have any source backing that? Android Central did a detailed head to head of both phones they proclaimed the Mi6 the better overall phone but here are the details on the camera:.

The Mi 6 does a much better job, producing images with accurate colors and a decent amount of detail. The Mi 6 fares slightly better in this regard — the camera manages to blur out the background uniformly.

Like I said the Mi6 is comparable to other budget flagships. The OP5 has had a few updates that have improved the camera performance, but so has the Mi6. Also DxOmark has never tested a Xiaomi phone in depth.

OP5 has been tested without OIS. There is no update that can give you OIS, it is a physical component. Android Central is only one site though, multiple others that compared the two all came to similar conclusions.

The cameras are about equal. After a bit of browsing, reviewers from android authority, forbes lol, OK… , igeekphone, etc… are saying Xiaomi did a lot of progress between Mi5 and Mi6 in the camera department.

There are a few others too. I do a lot of work in India, and I work in the tech industry, so I have to keep up with what is going on in the Indian market. Flossy is a character.

The camera on MI6 is not rubbish. At least as good if not better than OP5. Android Central did a detailed head to head of both phones they proclaimed the Mi6 the better overall phone but here are the details on the camera: C4eTech is one of my favorite YT Channels.

I follow a lot but the main ones I watch are:

Xiaomi Mi 5X was announced back in July to cater the needs of a cheaper dual camera smartphone in the market. The idea behind the smartphone was simple, use a similar dual camera setup as the Xiaomi Mi 6 flagship and put it inside a mid-ranger, with decent specs.

The cheaper price also makes it available to a much wider crowd with a limited budget. On first glance, the dual camera setups on both the phones seem identical.

But the setup is much more different than what you may realize, as the sensors inside the Mi 5X are not from Sony or Samsung, instead they are from OmniVision OV. The basic specs remain the same, like one 12MP sensor with 1.

But there are a few differences seen in these samples as well. For example, on most occasions, the Xiaomi Mi 6 had much sharper images. It was even more evident when you zoom into the pictures.

But interestingly, the Mi 5X managed to take brighter images. In terms of color saturation, the Mi 5X seems to be better. However, sometimes, the pictures look over saturated, different from what it looks in real life.

So, if you are someone who likes images which are closer to reality, the Mi 6 is a better option. Portrait mode is better on the Mi 6 as the object tracking on the Mi 5X is not as good as its elder sibling.

The colors on the portraits are much more natural, unlike the Mi 5X which captures somewhat whitish images kind of what we see in beauty mode. Low light images are much sharper with the Mi 6.

However, once again, the Mi 5X tends to take brighter images, although they are not as sharp as the Mi 6. To conclude, the Xiaomi Mi 6 does well in this comparison but so does the Mi 5X.

Check out the Xiaomi Mi 5X vs Xiaomi Mi 6 camera images down below and let me know which phone do you think takes better images. I have added zoomed in images of the samples whenever possible.

2014 xiaomi india mi3 in price update

There’s loads of themes available though and it came with all google stuff as well as swiftkey all ready to go. Be interesting to see how they both continue to stack up against each other. For the price I’d just wait to honest. I’m upgrading for better performance and also I want to go down in size a little bit but not sacrifice the great battery life I enjoy now mah batteries rule! I was hoping it was like the photo’s. This might actually be true not that it’s an excuse.

With the entry of lot of mobile manufacturers, their price have also come down. In day-to-day use, both phones run lag-free outside of a few gaming-related scenarios. I’d go with the 4 only because it seems to get more updates than the 4x that could change though, 4x is slightly newer, they are essentially the same phone with different bands.

Very simple and intuitive, really like the quick ball and one handed functions. So far what I understand is that Snapdragon is the way to go and not lower then 6 series if you want to game. Haven’t really had a chance to test camera that much but even then that’s looks ok to me.

See…
