All readers please see this Article for your Firmware file please. Hello, please help me locate firmware to flash this Board ID: How well did I do? Would it have killed Amazon to throw in another gig of RAM, especially if it was already resigned to selling the hardware below cost? In any case, prepare yourself for a good deal of corner-cutting here. Also, for anyone afraid of being locked into Amazon’s ecosystem, the company does at least have a broad range of content; that includes music, movies and books, of course, but even its app store now offers many of the same big-name titles as Google Play.

Also please be specific when you say your tablet that would help greatly. I was a bit confused when you asked about a Password and I downloaded the file again just to test if it was locked and the first one is not locked but the second firmware is, the Password for that as I said is: Your comment confirming that this has worked for you is enough my friend and remember to subscribe for future updates.

I have tried all the methods on my iPhone 5 clone its running on the android operating system but its still stuck on the android s screen. What do you mean Android Clone?

Not familiar with those, a little more info would be greatly appreciated with all cases like these, together we can fix these issues. Sometimes a method does work but needs a little tweaking from case to case.

Its usually a long string of numbers, also look for a barcode and its often beneath it on the main part of the Motherboard in the tablet. To be sure its correct copy and paste the ID number in Google and the name and a picture should show up and you can confirm if its your Tablet.

Also by typing the Motherboard number directly in search a matching firmware should be found easily. You can use the links above if its a matching Tablet or use Google and search for the Firmware by using the ID you just found.

Hope that helps my friend. What downloading link i need more help i need to know how to download the firmware i already have every thing else. OK here is what I will do for you, give me the Tablet brand and model along with the motherboard ID number and I will give you a direct link to your firmware here in the comments.

Yes you can try another firmware if you cannot find your exact match, if the two tablets are close enough it will work. See the new Firmware search page for all the Firmware files and how to find your or a compatible one, I am updating the list as fast as possible or when I get a request.

See the new Tablet firmware here page Scroll to the bottom of the page I am adding new Firmware files to the article all the time so you should be able to find yours or a compatible firmware.

Thanks again for the heads up about the links God bless and any issue contact me at any time. Tablet wont turn on Fix. I have a Scorpio Tech Xtreme Tab. I was working fine then started closing apps randomly, then kept coming up with uid inconsistancies – wipe data… Looked around and everything said to do a factory reset which I did.

It worked great for a day then again started closing apps randomly then lines across the screen and shut down. I cannot find firmware – could you help me out? I have Pheonix card downloaded and ready to go but cannot find firmware Here is all the info I can give you about the tablet.

It can be turned off, long press the Power button and it should power down, Also every tablet can be opened-how else did they the manufacturer assemble it? I at least need the brand and the what ever else you can mention about it as that might help in me finding the firmware no guarantees though.

Thanks for the detailed description however without unique hardware information its still shooting in the dark your best bet is to open it and use the info inside to track down make and model and firmware if any exists.

Sorry I was not able to provide a better solution. Ricardo Gardener can you please help me in finding a firmware for my tablet kinda hard to find one in the net processor is A and board is 94V-0 E Sorry my friend not finding a direct match for your firmware, so you will have to try random firmware files from the list until you find a compatible one, would love to know which works for you thanks.

You might have soft bricked your device, you should definitely reinstall Jellybean and attempt to Root your device using another more reliable method. I hope you did a backup before rooting or do so in the future for cases like this.

Did you attempt to hard reset your device? Hold down the volume key and power button on boot and boot into recovery mode read more here. These Chinese Tablets are like the stars in the sky: If its a Language problem in most cases its a matter of navigating the interface and changing the language, should not be too hard with a little ingenuity after all its Android.

Also for the Touch screen not working you were close in finding a matching Firmware but the drivers are all wrong that built into the firmware so you need to continue the Firmware search here that I have provided a bunch of Firmware files.

I took a look my friend and I was shocked as I found that you were doing something you should not have been doing, I left a message on your page please correct the issue as per my comment, no hard feelings as long as you do the right thing friend.

Try another file friend or the secondary flash methods in the related posts section at the end of the article before the comments. And i think the board id is Tmainboard-v2.

I took a photo of it but I can not paste it in this message box. I am confused of the number on its processor and the board number. Well, I still try to give you all the alpha-numeric seen on top of its Processor:.

Thank you for your time. You know what I mean. God bless and good day Sir! I am sorry not finding it at all my friend – please try different Firmwares and maybe you will get lucky as some of my other readers.

Check the following ROM Archive. Try this file here. I am sorry those words out of context mean nothing please tell me where and how you are seeing that message. Hi Ricardo, Need Help, my tablet is cycling between the screen with the green Android robot with a blue wire ball in its chest and the start up screen.

It have a reset on back, tried that, tried power button and volume up. Can not get it to boot of card! Any help would be appreciated. Sure here is the bricking tutorial.

That will happen sometimes as the drivers for those parts are not matching your device, you can either work with it or try to find a better match your choice. Does this also work on an android phone?

I have exactly the same problem with my phone and this is pretty much my last chance to fix it so ill just try to follow these steps and try it. Its meant for tablets, but the phones do follow a similar procedure but they have their own software, we have guides on that so look around.

Thank heavens for clever people like you!!!! Followed your instructions and my friends 9 year old boy is no longer staring sadly at a frozen green android. Took me a while to find the correct firmware but was well worth it: Thank you for being patent and actually searching for the Firmware.

So glad that this worked for you as well my friend. Here you go friend: I have provided all Passwords either look on page or comments or on the comments on the download page of the site provided its there.

Now to get straight to the point, it was all good, the requirements to get it done not until i saw that an SD card is needed. Thats an issue because i use a lenovo sH, which has a 16gb inbuilt memory but no SD card slot.

Seeing this as it is, what solution do you have for such situation?? Pls i want know the number to flash my tablet which is stuck on the android logo…. Hello, please help me locate firmware to flash this Board ID: I think it is trying to load some kind of virus.

I do not trust it is there some other place to get a image file. I have no control over those pages, the file or link you need is on the page without need to get any. All readers please see this Article for your Firmware file please.

Hi Ricardo, I believe your process is very clear. Please use new version image! As the message says you might have a corrupted file, so use a new one or download the file again. I believe that is not really the firmware… Just hoping you can find one….

Ricardo,,, my Kata i4 is not working, and it has a built in memory card. And when I opened again, its still not working.. You can use the flashing method that does not require a memory card and finally when you get the no command warning if you are trying to wipe try using another button at that screen such as pressing up, down etc or using buttons such as the soft keys to select.

Also is says this is not compatible with your device. Please search for a suitable replacement app. Hi i need firmware for a13 v2. Any help much appreciated. Sorry never had that issue, best I can suggest is find the correct file and attempt to flash again or look into debricking your device.

Fixing these things require patience. Please read this article and all other readers please do the same for your Firmware files. Can you please help me with it?

Thank you in advance. Hellow my friend, I opened my tablet but I couldnt find the board id, it isnt written, there is only the chips…my tablet looks like the black you have. In one chip i saw axp and that the proccessor is a13……the brand name is vivaco v-tab …pleasee help..

Dude i found my firmware but ntn is burning to the sd card.. It shows its loading but the disk is still empty.. After the firmware has burned.. I insert it in the tablet..

But i see a red box Nd a message saying an error message about script information not found. Try burning the ROM again if the same thing happens then the issue is the ROM and you will need to get it from a new source.

This will happen at times – check your SD card and try again, if that fails change SD cards and finally if that does not work change the ROM. Thanks for the video anyway and more power!!!

Hope you can read this. I have managed to open it but I cannot find processor number or ID. I am 75 years old so I am not very computer friendly but I can try. Can you please help me to get my tablet working?

I have the same problem for my tablet that sticking with android logo. But the link is not working at all… so can you please give me a link to download that?

Hello, iam prince my mid tablet stucks on boot screen. I need to find firmware for my Chinese tab which is stuck at android logo. Is there any way to convert this commands settings into English. Or let me know away to re-install Android to this TAB.

Thanks for the given stuff in your blog. O1 Please help me Ricardo. I had followed your steps in the video. Will not do anything to your SD card when finished you can format it back to normal or delete the files.

Andriod tab 4 im doing this on i need a fast comment please thank you and my device was rooted btw lol it just stays stuck on the SAMAUNG screen when trying to boot up and if i got it to boot up but everything was not respontive is there a fix to that aswell well anything i would click would be very slow to respond.

Yes its always smart to try to wipe the device first before attempting flashing. Flashing or wiping the device from recovery will not affect the things you have on the SD card, unless you are using it for flashing in which case I advise you back up the contents.

In cases where your tablet is slow and it boots up its advised to either wipe the Tablet or free up some space or clean junk files from your device. Any other questions you may have please feel free to ask.

However, after I take out the SD card and power it back up, it gets to the Irulu logo screen and says System is Starting… and just sits there. My serial number for the tabler is SN: Any help is greatly appreciated!

Do you have access to that firmware that is an exact full match? I downloaded it straight from the Irulu site using the SN on the back of the tablet and you saw the result.

It just stays on the Startup screen. Do i need to open the tablet and get a number for you? It should work fine, but double check the page on the manufacturers website to see what program they recommend that you use to confirm fully.

Thanks for your reply, the manafacturer recomends the programs which nly work when tablet is fully functional, should i try this and is their any phoenix card tool for ubuntu not for windows.

Thanks, Your site is awesome. Thanks you for your Kind words, its moments like this that creating this website to help readers is really worth it. As for should you try this You have nothing to loose and from the info you have given it should work.

Sorry my bad english. I have a big problem. This article here will answer all your questions sorry for the long delay. Hello Tutorial is Pretty Good….

What are you using to extract it? I ran into a problem while attempting this method. Whenever I try to place my SD card into my tablet and power it on so it can format the tablet I receive an error that goes as follows: Try another firmware or recreate the the Bootable SD card, you can sometimes try downloading the file again as something might have gone wrong in the download process.

This process is keep repeating, its this normal? If this is abnormal, what should I do? That weird, try recreating the bootable SD card and try again, if the issue persists then try either downloading the firmware again or getting a better match.

Its either hit or miss with these things. Hi Ricardo, your blog is very helpful. It is a A33 GT90H-v1. I actually have another one exact the same. Do you have an idea how I can copy the form ware from the one that is working properly?

Hello My tablet was old one I kept it aside now after your post I will try to recover that brand: A10 and board Id: I cant Able to find anything in my tab for its firmware. So Please help me to for firmware of it.

Current card sprite failed Now Hold The Machin. That lets you scan items using the built-in camera and then, you know, buy them. In brief, it’s designed to predict what you’re going to watch next on Amazon’s streaming service and start preloading it in the background to avoid buffer times.

As with Amazon’s other recent products, there’s Goodreads integration, so that when you rate a book in Amazon’s Kindle Store, you’re also rating it on the social network too. X-Ray, which serves up information from IMDb to tell you more about whatever movie, show or audio track you happen to be playing.

For instance, if I’m watching Scandal and Olivia Pope and President Fitzgerald Grant are having a tryst, I’ll see a notification in the upper-left corner of the screen saying that Kerry Washington and Tony Goldwyn are in the scene.

At any time, I can click through to learn more, at which point the video will pause while I look stuff up. For music, meanwhile, you’ll see the lyrics as you listen to the song. Lastly, there’s the Amazon Appstore.

This is important because, unlike a proper Android tablet, you won’t have the luxury of accessing the Google Play store. Fortunately, at least, Amazon’s app store is now at a point where it has a very well-rounded selection.

The only one I wanted that I couldn’t find was Dropbox. I’m sure you’ll be missing a few too, but on the whole, Amazon has most of the big names taken care of.

All told, Fire OS 4 reads like a greatest-hits list of Amazon’s best features, but there are in fact a couple things missing. First of all, Amazon didn’t include its Mayday live support feature, which you’ll find on the Fire phone and Amazon’s higher-end HDX tablets.

Also, the reliance on Amazon’s own apps and services feels a bit tedious after a while. I get as a tablet running a forked version of Android, the HD 6 might never be eligible to run Google-certified apps, like Gmail or the Play Store itself.

But for Pete’s sake, is Amazon Cloud Drive really the only option for storing documents? Who among us would have used Amazon Cloud Drive before purchasing an Amazon tablet? The HD 6 chugs along on an unspecified quad-core 1.

It’s certainly not terrible, especially for a tablet at this price, but don’t expect any miracles either. Though it’s perfectly fine for simple things like email, e-books, web surfing, Facebook, Twitter and movie-watching, there’s still a faint sluggishness throughout.

You’ll notice it when you hit the menu in the upper-left corner, and the tablet pauses for a second before the menu eventually flies out. Ditto for the onscreen keyboard — I often noticed a delay after tapping a text field with my finger.

Occasionally, too, the paltry RAM allowance became an issue — I couldn’t run a certain graphics test in GFX Bench, for instance, because the device didn’t have enough memory.

Would it have killed Amazon to throw in another gig of RAM, especially if it was already resigned to selling the hardware below cost? That said, the HD 6 managed to turn in a better SunSpider score than the Nexus 6, Moto X or the Samsung Galaxy Note 4, suggesting that the built-in Silk web browser is more than capable of keeping up with your web-surfing habits.

Really, I think part of the reason I’m being so picky is that I’ve used higher-end devices, and I know what a fast tablet feels like. For a first-time buyer, though, or maybe a child, it’ll probably matter less.

The HD 6 is rated for up to eight hours of “mixed use,” according to Amazon’s product page, but in fact, I got quite a bit more than that. With a movie looping, the screen brightness fixed at 50 percent and WiFi on, but not connected, I got an incredible 11 hours and 14 minutes of runtime — almost exactly what we saw from the much bigger iPad Air 2.

So how does Amazon pull it off? Clever software settings, mostly. In particular, Amazon has a feature called Smart Suspend that creates a device-specific profile for when the tablet is not in use.

Additionally, when the software detects that the tablet is idle, it automatically turns wireless off, a tweak that can result in up to 25 percent more standby time, according to Amazon.

Additionally, there’s that slightly larger HD 7 I mentioned earlier. Sorry, guys, I’m not quite done overwhelming you with pricing info. Bear with me for just a minute.

Amazon also sells a Kids Edition of both the HD 6 and HD 7, which comes with a rubbery case and a two-year, no-questions-asked warranty covering any and all accidents. Both have 8GB of storage, with no 16GB option.

So why the higher price, you might ask? Well, the warranty, but also this: There are no special offers here. For the best, if children are going to be using it — why expose them to needless ads?

I could name even more options, but I think you get the idea: The Fire HD 6 has competition, but the screen quality and possibly battery life are going to be superior in most cases.

As for everyday performance? Even then, though, the HD 6 is still adequate for basic tasks. Given all that, the main question you need to answer is: Are you comfortable locking yourself into Amazon’s ecosystem, or do you need access to the Google Play store?

If plain Android is more your speed, you’ll want to save that short list of options I just gave you. But let’s not limit ourselves entirely to Android, even if the HD 6 does run a forked version of KitKat.

As prices for Windows tablets continue to fall, I’d suggest you consider a couple of those too — the number of apps in the Windows Store is steadily growing and meanwhile, you can install regular desktop programs as well.

What I can say, unequivocally, is that Amazon’s newest tablet offers tremendous bang for your buck, including long battery life and a relatively sharp screen that makes it ideal for watching movies and reading books.

And while some people will still prefer an Android tablet with full access to the Google Play store, Amazon’s Fire OS is easy to navigate and includes useful features like family sharing, parental controls and the ability to add up to six user accounts.

Also, for anyone afraid of being locked into Amazon’s ecosystem, the company does at least have a broad range of content; that includes music, movies and books, of course, but even its app store now offers many of the same big-name titles as Google Play.

If anything, I want to warn people not about the operating system, but the limited storage — the tablet has at most 16GB of space, and there’s no microSD slot in the event you need more room.

It’s also heavy for a device this size, though still eminently portable. All that said, though, the HD 6 remains a strong choice, especially at this price.

I recommend it for people with kids, or anyone who’s been searching for a decent budget tablet. You really can’t go wrong with this one. Amazon cancels ‘Mozart in the Jungle’ after four seasons.

Current card sprite failed Now Hold The Machin. Hey I need some help. Could you help me please. Thanks for your diligence Nick and your patience really paid off for you in finding your Firmware.

Please leave the details as to the exact Wintouch firmware that you used. So glad your tablet is even faster too. I have a Blaupunkt Endeavour NG with the Android screen problem but unable to locate appropate firmware — can you help.

It was just what I was looking for. That happens sometimes, it may be a slight mismatch or a drivers issue, its fixable do some research. I have problem with the phoenix card. Please help me sir.

Hi, Thank you for making this video. When i went through your blog i found a similar firmware you have suggested to someone else. So I downloaded it. But my problem was with the Pheonix card 3.

After doing all that as you said in the video i do not see any files on the SD card. Even using another version of the Pheonix Card 3. I did this with a 2GB card and a 8 GB card as well with no luck.

Yes you should the program can be buggy at times and it may take a few tries until the card is created properly. Thanks for this tutorial. I opened it up and the motherboard is inetf-rev The processor is A Can you please help me find the firmware for it?

If the firmware for it cannot be found, would it be acceptable to use a different firmware? No serial or ID numbers. The box it came in just says Android 4. Any help would be very much appreciated.

Read this and all other readers as well. Last time i download a non – market apps after a few minutes my tablet is stuck and then i reset and stuck on android logo.. Hi, I am trying to recover a cube talk 7x u51gt c4 — I can find the seperate img files for the firmware but I cant find a complete script I can use with phoenix card.

Can you help fine one, or is there a way to compile from the scatter files using some other programme? See this article here my friend. Can you please do me a big favour and look for the required firmware for me?

I spent all day searching and cannot find it. This is the info of my machine. Tegra Dual cortex A9, 1GHz. I found a different fix for my issue, and I would like to share it.

Although my tablet came with a reset button push pin button, it didnt solve the problem. But i tried doing the so-called rotation lock method, and it worked. I got my tablet unbricked though its back to its original firmware.

But hey, my tablet is working again. That method only applies to the Acer Iconia and no other Tablet though my friend, I actually owned the very one and found it a weird procedure where I had to: I have never seen another Tablet that worked like that the procedure was overly complicated when the normal Android reset would have worked just fine.

Who knows why Asus does these things. I have already found the right firmware for the tablet. By the way, my tablet has a flashdrive port that is why I used a flashdrive, does it really need to use a microsd?

In all cases a SD Card is what I have used, also other users who have had success did the same thing. Good day sir, can i ask a few question, f a korean version tablet have a firmware also?

I just wanna try to fix it so that i didnt buy a new one. It also stuck on android logo. Thank you in advance sir. They all do the Firmware is basically the file used to flash the operating system on these devices, even if its Korean we call them all Chinese tablets by default.

I will need the board ID to actually help though. I have a problem. Read the Article on finding your Firmware I will not be taking any more Firmware requests my friend, the article explains everything.

Hi Ricardo, Thank you for your Tut….. I am after you expertise and advice please — Many Thanks Chris. Yes it sounds that to me and although I say Android logo, in some cases it gets stuck on the Tablets logo or brand which boils down to the same thing.

Also did you try performing a hard reset on the tablet before trying to flash it? Otherwise be sure to always verify that files are actually being written to the card, it would not hurt either to try another file as the one you are trying to flash may be incompatible and preventing boot up.

Did you do a hard reset? If so and thats the effect you are getting the next option is flashing the device, I have not seen an issue with Black screen after trying to boot, usually Black screen issues result in nothing but a black screen.

I still think flashing the device if resetting fail is the best bet provided its a software and not a hard ware issue. Hi Ricardo i have a question for you: Lan I would not mind looking for it for you, but I cant as I am super busy, however I did do a article that explains to everyone how to find there file and would love if every one simply read the article I did on finding their files here.

Ok sorry you did not find it, these files are really hard to find and doing so takes up a insane amount of time and effort to hunt down, only a closely matching file could possibly help your case now and that would involve you searching through those that are available and finding a close one if you want to actually sacrifice such time to bring back the device to life or as you say get a new one.

Kindly help me to find IMG file of my tablet. I have gone through the pain staking task of being very detailed and have linked to several support articles that shows you how to find everything I mention in the articles including any files and how to download them as shown here, so please read the article and apply what I have shown.

Follow the article or state your device so that I can give direct instructions, I need more details to be able to help. Thank you so much for this article. The issue was that my Neutab N10 Plus was not going past the android screen.

Therefore the Phoenix firmware updater was not recognizing that it was connected by USB. I used the method here of creating a bootable firmware and it worked perfectly. Thank you once again.

Glad you were patient and smart enough to improvise, patience and not quitting is a rare thing today most other users would have given up despite the wealth of info I have left to help them or point them in the right direction.

Thanks for this tutorial, my son will be over the moon. Glad to help Robie, always appreciated when a reader can follow instructions and improvise to make things work for them.

I have an article on the No command issue here read it. A good job and well appreciated! Please I need the latest firmware for Zoostorm Playtab. The one I found on their website is not working with the pheonix software!

Did you see what software the website recommended to use the file they gave? But i like your method, its much better than the others on YouTube. Did you try resetting the device?

Also see if the charge port is damage or it might be a faulty battery. I have a system dump from the same device as seen online but I wanna ask is there a way to install this dump to fix my tablet?

It should be able to load, what was used to make the dump, if you know that the same tool should be able to load it on again. Follow the tutorial, pick wrong img: Different boot screen, still bootloop.

Try another img, different. I now have a working cheap-ass tablet, an you, dear sir, are a true hero of the internet! Thanks for showing ingenuity most other people would have given up as soon as they saw something I did not mention to the T.

Glad you stuck with it and used your head. In my eyes you are the real hero. Would also help others if you identified your exact device and the file you used. Hey buddy Iam hoping your can help me out, i feel like the more i read and try to fix myself the dumber i get.

I have a tmax tablet that is stuck on go screen and wont factory reset either it freezes at that screen as well, any help before it is tested as a frisbee.

Seeing all else is failing I suggest you try flashing the Tablet. There’s also a 2-megapixel camera around back, capable of shooting p video, along with an even lower-res VGA camera up front for the occasional selfie.

In any case, prepare yourself for a good deal of corner-cutting here. That said, what the Fire HD 6 lacks in charm, it makes up for in durability. Up front, the 1, x screen is coated in Gorilla Glass, making it less vulnerable to scratches.

Amazon also ran its new tablet through a gamut of torture tests, ranging from sunscreen to salt water to a machine that simulates items being tossed around inside a bag.

I confess I haven’t tried the sunscreen test myself, but I did frequently put the tablet inside a backpack alongside other gadgets, and to this day it doesn’t have any scuffs on either the front or back side.

Speaking of the screen, Amazon sets itself apart with a 6-inch, 1, x panel, which equates to a respectable pixel density of ppi. That’s actually the same resolution as Amazon’s 7-inch tablet, except there, the pixel density drops to ppi — something to consider if you’re deciding between the two.

More importantly, you’re going to be hard-pressed to find another tablet in this price range that matches the HD 6 in sharpness; most of the other cheapies top out at 1, x That makes a difference in just about every area that matters: Unfortunately, though, the viewing angles are mixed, and that’s despite the fact that this makes use of an IPS panel.

On the one hand, I had an easy time viewing the screen while reading, checking email, surfing the web and updating Facebook — basically, anything that required me to be holding the device in two hands, not far from my face.

When I was lying on the couch, though, trying to watch a movie, there was no way to rest the tablet against my legs and still be able to follow along not without turning all the lights off, anyway.

Ultimately, I needed to keep at least one hand on the device to maintain an optimal viewing angle. Let me tell you: That means the 6- and 7-inch Fires should offer similar sound, except the 7-inch version has stereo speakers, while the 6-incher makes do with just one.

Keep in mind, I haven’t tested the new HD 7, so it’s impossible for me to compare. But I will say this: The sound coming from the 6-inch model is pretty weak. I had to crank the volume close to the top, even when I was sitting alone in a quiet room.

It’s not like the tablet had much to compete with, but I still had to go up around the max volume mark to listen comfortably. Even then, I had to make sure not to rest the tablet face-up on my couch or other soft surfaces; because the speaker sits on the backside, the sound can muffle easily if you obscure the grille in any way.

On the bright side, at least, the quality could have been much tinnier than it was. That may sound like faint praise — and it kinda is — but I actually enjoyed listening to Jimi Hendrix on this tiny thing.

Sure, the lower notes could have come through stronger, but all in all, the audio was still more pleasant than I expected it to be. On the home screen pictured above left, you’ll see a carousel showing all your most recent Apps you just opened?

Books you recently read? It’s all there, in one continuous string. Basically, it’s the closest thing you have to a multitasking tool, since the usual button in Android for seeing open applications isn’t included here.

Fortunately, at least, this setup works. Anytime I closed out of an app, maybe to check email or look up something online, I was able to quickly get back to where I was by tapping the home button, followed by one of the shortcuts in my “recently used” carousel.

Below that, you’ll see a smaller carousel whose contents change depending on which app or file you’ve selected in the main one. For instance, if I swing the larger carousel to a memoir I recently read, I’ll see similar book recommendations listed below.

The only time this doesn’t happen is when you select certain native apps — things like the built-in camera. From there, swipe up and you’ll see that the rest of the screen is taken up by a grid of apps.

If you’re coming from a plainer version of Android, then you’re used to opening a dedicated app launcher, but the setup here is just so convenient that you just might get accustomed to it anyway.

Finally, at the top of the screen you’ll see tabs for individual categories including games, apps, books, music, videos, newsstand, audiobooks, web, photos and “shop. And yes, at every turn you’ll find links to the Amazon store.

How else is Amazon supposed to make money off such a cheap tablet if you don’t buy anything on it? In addition to a new layout, Amazon introduced a few new features as well. This includes the ability to add up to six user accounts two adults and four kids, making it ideal for family use.

In a similar vein, a new “Family Library” feature lets you share books, apps, games and videos with someone else in the house — maybe a spouse who has their own Amazon account.

Speaking of the sort, Amazon baked in some robust built-in parental controls, including the ability to decide which apps kids can use and when. Additionally, Amazon brought over the Firefly feature it introduced on the Fire phone.

Try another file friend or the secondary flash methods in the related posts section at the end of the article before the comments. And i think the board id is Tmainboard-v2. I took a photo of it but I can not paste it in this message box.

Can you help fine one, or is there a way to compile from the scatter files using some other programme? See this article here my friend. Can you please do me a big favour and look for the required firmware for me?

I spent all day searching and cannot find it. This is the info of my machine. Tegra Dual cortex A9, 1GHz. I found a different fix for my issue, and I would like to share it. Although my tablet came with a reset button push pin button, it didnt solve the problem.

But i tried doing the so-called rotation lock method, and it worked. It’s an excellent choice for children, and anyone else looking for a small-screen tablet on a budget.

There are lots of reasons you might buy the HD 6: But an attractive design isn’t one of them. The HD 6 is a chunky and surprisingly heavy little thing, measuring 0.

To put that in perspective, the Nexus 6 weighs just 6. Aside from its boxy shape and chamfered edges, the HD 6 has a plain shell fashioned out of smooth plastic my unit came in white, but you can also get it in black, magenta, cobalt blue or “citron,” a loud yellow.

Around the edges, you’ll find a volume rocker and power key, but sadly no microSD slot — a shame since there’s only 8GB or 16GB of built-in storage.
