Use one every day? Also I get dropped calls all the time!! So they are just supposed to ignore the only real competitor to Android phones? Now, it freezes all of the time and I can not download anything at all. Because when you use one sim the other may as well be switched off. T-Mobile may not want to be involved in the dispute. It was pulled because people like me unlocked the phone.

We all have different opinions. I think apple devices are for non tech people. Oppo phones look spectacular but they are not only bad with updates, their support is horrible and at least from my own personal experience they have a high failure rate. Can we solve this somehow? In the end could not agree more with Andi. To pull all the remaining inventory they already have on the floor sounds pretty drastic.

Newsflash ignorant IDIOT… There are quite a few on here that can actually see past that stigma and see the value in the services offered. I never said poor or ignorant. You just have a chip on your shoulder for assuming that.

I did say marginally more affluent. Now had I been comparing Sprint then I would have said something closer to what you thought, but not poor. At worst, I did suggest your average T-Mobile customer probably thinks they are MacGyver and like to play phone engineer on the weekends.

Geez, you swear I called them jihadist, biggots, or some other offensive term. My mom has this phone and my dad has a S2 I gave him. Neither of them knows how to root, and sometimes have to explain, more than one, why I root my phones and what rooting is.

All in all a majority of cell customers, regardless of the carrier or even income, are very tech savvy. I was also part of the beta test going on too, and I OWN the phone as well. If you seriously wanna open it and getting a screwdriver comes to mind…it might not be opebable.

The notch that you would use to remove the back was borderline undetectable and the phone definitely had a unibody appearance at a casual glance. Since the ZMAX appeals to the crowd that may want to upgrade from a Lumia right around now, I can see those customers thinking that you can remove the back from the ZMAX if you play with it enough.

But as it relates to the story under discussion, please strike the first removable and make that non-removable. Thank you for your keen editorial eye. Your Spanish professor should have called you a Pendohoe for your bad grammatical errors.

I know the battery on my phone is non-removable Lumia, if you wanna know. Next question is why so many decided to take out the battery. Does this phone chronically freeze and they believed the only recovery is to remove battery?

Or when they come to the store and be like my phone is not turning on, you hold yhr the power button and boom is on lolz.. I kinda want to pick one up on eBay as a back up to my back up…..

Yes i have a problem! This sounds suspicious to me. Im trying to come to grips why anyone would think this phone has a removable battery? Did this happen with the other higher priced non removable battery phones or I phones, or are these type of consumers more savvy about these types of battery.

It just seems a bit drastic to stop selling this phone to ward off people attempting battery removal. I smell a conspiracy… Not that I care really since I still have mine lol. I would care if I were you cuz when a carrier does not carry a phone anymore it loses software support.

It just happen to be idiot customers that though they remove the back and take out the battery. If that really is the reason, create a big magenta sticker that says the battery is not removable and slap it on the front of the package, or on the protective cover on the phone itself.

Put your screwdriver down! I was itching to pick one up a few times, but just like Buckyballs, stupid consumers ruin it for the rest of us. My brother owns this phone and loves it.

Sigh…you know, there used to be a time when people repaired their stuff rather than assuming everything was disposable. Attacking people for wanting to do so, or mod their phone, is just amazing.

From the sounds of it, ZTE installed the cell in such a way as to make modding or removal unsafe without special tools like car manufacturers and Apple are famous for. This does NOT warrant calling customers idiots.

Perhaps, instead, this is a wake-up call that people want removable batteries in their devices—something Samsung once knew but now seems to have forgotten in their fall from their former lofty heights.

ZTE can choose to fix this the right way, but I doubt it. Give me a break. Its likely they dropped the phone in the toilet and they wanted to dry the damn thing adequately, or some other type of repair.

It has to be something out of the ordinary. What were they were modding the phone to? A laptop, iPhone, a drag racer? Phone modding is done in software only. All these idiots screwing up their phones by attempting to remove a non-removable battery should be sterilized to remove them from the gene pool.

Yes I agree and Charles Darwin on evolution has been proven over and over again. Thank god for host files. Came to read about the post and got something I really needed: Now back to trying to remove the battery from my Galaxy S6 ;: I am not even sure that I would try to get it off.

This is most definitely the best budget smartphone I have ever used and possibly the best available on any carrier. Plus the plastic faces on the phone are very similar to the S5. The only thing lacking is the screen resolution.

Maybe the next generation will allow batteries to be swapped out and thus avoid the dumbass customer. You must have got fired for tardiness or incompetence. All smartphones are made in China.

Maybe a better solution than glue and a better way to keep people out is … just make the battery truly removable. This was a decent cheap, but large phone.

I had never heard of it. And, inform the customer about what they are buying instead of being a talking head for Apple or Samsung. Every single time I walk into a T-Mobile store, they never have enough help….

People want to talk about their phones…what they did to them…. I am here to get info or to actually buy something! Hire more Pink Shirts…. I have actually had customers come into my store simply to ask me how to install an app.

We are NOT order takers, we are salespeople. It sucks that there are so many idiots out there who have to ruin it for everybody else. Vs Well Qualified 0 Down on say a Note 4.

Prepaid customers can also qualify to be put on a Simple choice plan now depending on tenure and bill history. Regardless phones simply say that have a removable battery or not and the book that inside can answer most questions.

Some people I feel they just want someone to talk to so they come in to the store. Phone is great,,, customer service is great… I have had phone 5 months no. Lolz, we are sales associates not tech support or costumer service..

That is fine no problem. Someone should have to be somewhat of a nerd to sell phones. The experience with customers would dramatically go up. Looks like the processor is busy with something.

Shut the phuc up numbnuts… Your the biggest nimrod on earth…. Your mom should stayed on birth control her whole life. If so many people are trying to remove the battery the obvious answer is that the consumer wants a removable battery.

I certainly decided against the S6 when they dropped the removable battery and no micro sd card. They lost up to 5 sales in my family alone. As an employee [of what] please fill me on on these issues.

Entire photo albums getting deleted for no reason, miswrites, corruption, double the scan time because of the extra storage, keeping the card charged while inserted uses power, switching phones to one without expandability, etc.

I work at tmobile. MicroSD cards spontaneously fail without warning. Even from trusted, reliable brands. I am never buying a smartphone without SD card and that means never a Iphone.

Why not have SD card. I am not paying outragious prices without sd card like samsung with S6. What were they thinking? These smartphone companies keep putting shitty batteries in their phones too.

I get max two days and not even using the damn phone. But mostly because the incoming Alcatel One Touch Idol 3 is a much better phablet for the same price. The problem is somehow people think the ZMax has a removable battery, like a Note 4, where you can open it up and swap out batteries.

Why would someone try and remove a perfect battery? It was pulled because people like me unlocked the phone. They were counting on me using them as a service.

But you can do that with any T-Mobile phone so why take this one away for that reason? That is not the reason. What is delivery estimate to New Zealand? A Hello Cak, Generally, most of our items will be shipped within business days after payment.

That is not the reason. Not only that but they only update the operating system to their expensive phones. While other companies are giving low end devices the new updates. The ZTE is a great phone!

I love the phone. I did a lot of research and found this phone would handle all my needs. The non removable battery was a concern, but it is large enough to last quite a while before losing charging performance.

It could be changed down the road by a professional. With TMobiles jump program that will not be an issue, After 12 months trade it in. The phone operates up to 2 days watching videos and surfing the web without requiring a charge.

Wanted a data pkg. Being a truck driver, you need to be able to reach somebody all the time. My husband and I are also upset with Verizon and their required fees for the new phones..

Like Rich my husband is a truck driver and I ride with him. We live in our truck and it is important to be able to stay in touch with the family and be able to make calls from where ever we are. The expences are mounting and that is too bad..

I have had sprint for about 12 years and I am happy with them. They have always been reasonable only had one drop call and it was to a Verizon user and it was his phone that drop the call.

I guess it what ever a person like and we all like different things. I have been with Verizone for around 12 years. Yes, they are very expensive. Esp since my husband recently upgraded and HAS to have the 30 dollar data pkg.

My phone recently broke in the hinge for the 4th time, a known problem with the phone. Due to warranty issues I am now stuck with a broken phone and Verizon will not replace. Also I get dropped calls all the time!!

Thinking of switching to Sprint but afraid will get stuck in worse situation!! I have had sprint for fifteen years and I think they are great. No problems with the service they rolm like everyone else at times but there data rocks.

My whole family likes Verizon. I am now deciding if I should change to a different service. When I used cricket I had unlimited text, voice etc, internet. And now I pay out the wazoo with Verizon.

Their service is cheaper, more cell phone features, Cell batteries last longer, and a more reliable cellular network. I had Sprint for about 2 years and I had drpooed calles all the time and the service was horrible.

I went to verizon and have been very happy with it. I would never recommend sprint to anyone! Sprint claims to have the best service, but I think that it is the worst!. Verizon is the best choice.

All was good until the past year or so, and suddenly my reception sucks and my calls are constantly being dropped. Would like more feedback from Sprint users on what you think about the service compared to other companies.

Only one person who I know has it likes it. On the one hand, Verizon customers I talk to say the service is the best. Favorable reviews from Sprint people but not like Verizon.

On the other hand, Sprint offers MUCH better plans and pricing where Verizon will charge you for breaking wind, it seems. Can anyone tell me if the extra Verizon cost is worth it or if apparent Sprint defficiencies are an acceptable risk for the cost savings?

We are thinking of switching to Verizon or Sprint. Any thoughts on this? I favor Sprint faaaaaaaaaaaaar over Verizon. Quite a bit of people have it but still not many people know of it. Reception-wise it all depends on where you live.

I have had no complaints with the service as long as I had some choice in the matter. The base packages are priced very close together but the difference in data packs is astounding. I have 4 lines and the data pack would almost double my monthly bill.

Sprint is looking like the best value for my money and it has good coverage where I need it. We have been with Verizon for a long time over 8 years but they are very over priced. We are switching have switched — waiting on phones to Sprint because of price.

I called Verizon and told them we were shopping around because their data package was too expensive and ask what would they do to keep a long time customer. So we are switching! We are getting two Evo phones with family plan per month for less than we were getting from Verizon and only my husband had the data package.

We are watching our pennies. Oh and we learned that there are better deals on the net for the phones than what they give you in the store, even after the rebates and all. Found the EVO on line on sale with buy one get one free for the holidays and paid less for two phone than what they wanted at the store for one phone after rebates!!

The deals are out there! Been a Sprint customer for my business and for personal use for 15 years and have had nothing but top notch service since the beginning. I constantly travel from north to south on the east coast of America and never have had a problem with reception as well as a few trips to California.

Sprint is also much less expensive than Verizon. I had verizon and ATT kept it for little over two years or so and know i am with sprint love the service, every network have dead zones much like sprint but no issues with sprint service i travel all over America and never had issues with service and phone is my life line.

Sprint rocks I always have service:. Sprint always have service they got really cool phones and great prices Sprint is very inexpensive, the least expensive service with a contract, other than ntelos though.

Sprint is still Epic. I have been with Sprint for several years, and have always been satisfied with the sevice I received. I have been tempted to change to Verizon because of two reasons.

One is the fact that Consumers report gave them the best rating. The second is that verizon had the phone I want. When I woke up, I decided to stay with Sprint. They are the best. Wake up, Consumers Report.

After 2 months of nothing but dropped calls and bad sim cards, I went running back to Verizon. My phone works in the mountains, in elevators, parking garages, you name it. However, like the others on this post, I am disappointed that they force you into a data package on most phones.

After looking at other carriers, they do this as well, but the pricing is not nearly as expensive as Verizon. I did some comparing between Verizon and Sprint. Verizon is only mobile to mobile calling.

However, if you have the minute package, you can pick 5 friends that you can talk to for free. Personally, I would rather pay for Verizon, the best service, and know that I have a phone that works when I need it to.

My family has recently switched to sprint because it is MUCH cheaper. My dad figured that was BS, so we went to Sprint. We are on the minute plan and ONLY get charged minutes when any of us call land lines.

I have been with VZW for about 8 years. What is the difference, or are they the same? The latter seems to be the one in the left column, but the discriminant characteristics are hard to find in the different offers.

Thank you for your website. I have seen model numbers and for sale in the UK, with no explanation of the difference. They are offering it with the Cam Com module.

They also do the phone without the Cam Com module which is more expensive. I think that just says something about their pricing. I have the model in spain. I have the same and use it in Bulgaria.

I am from Cyprus Europe. Can i use it with local sim card? I received LG G5 H I received with the bottom attachment is unfit and not attached properly, gap between the phone and bottom piece.

I tried it by removing battery and reattached it again but still problem persist. No I have bought the back cover and kept the problem as it is. This may be the real reason for discontinue lg g5 with new G6.

Does it support the SIM carriers in the Philippines? And does anyone of you encounter any problems with H version? Kindly list the full specs of H since i am confused in order list form. Thank you so much and i am looking forward to anyone who is willing to answer.

HI, I live in Serbia Europe can enyone tell please me what G5 model should i use or I should be good with any of the obove mentioned ones? I would be happy if someone can help out.

Your email address will not be published. That is not a Middle East Phone. It is designed for China and Hong Kong. Not from telecom suppliers. Their headquarters is in Shenzhen, China but idk where the actual devices are manufactured at.

Somewhere in China though. Zte has injunctions in place at the moment in Romania and in other countries where they have a manufactures. I wonder if that is why they pulled them off the shelf. Also all the injunctions against ZTE and suppliers from selling and manufacturing the equipment.

All this death of phones.. No one cares that my M8 For Windows has been put out to pasture without a fighting chance: Its a fantastic value device. I too am puzzled by this suspension!

The LG G3 is a better phone but the better screen hurts battery life and it has no band 12 support. Do you own one? Use one every day? I tested a ZTE device, it was horrible. The damned thing made me cry.

Have you or anyone around you ever used android before? I liked it better than many phones more than double the price. My son, an apple fanboy, loves his. T-mo did not shut the phone down due to quality or lack of sales, the suspension is due to the legal case involving alleged patent infringement by ZTE gainst Vringo.

All one had to do was just go to the T-mo site and see how the phone was one of the better rated devices on the site, as referenced by its customer reviews, to see that it was a very good product, that was excellent for the money.

I bought one of these to use as a backup phone when I cracked the screen on my Oneplus. I was actually pleasantly surprised by the ZMax. It worked great for me while I was waiting on a new Oneplus to arrive.

I only used it for a couple of weeks but I had no complaints with it. The device I tested 2 years ago was the worst mobile device I ever had the displeasure of laying my hands on.

There were about thirty of us on the team. The battery gets me about hrs of screen on time, but the absence of root is the only problem. I feel this may have been an issue for customers who prefer personal customization through root privileges.

This move does not surprise me. T-Mobile has become very wary of their business motives and anything that loses money will eventually be pulled and sent back to the manufacturer for a return percentage on unsold devices.

Better to do that than have a device failing to deliver expectant results. I own 2 Zte Zmax and they run fast and snappy the battery life is better than any flagship on the market with always 7 or 8 screen on time.

Is a shame they taking it out the market. No, there phones are cheap and they lie about there coverage. We have the only crowd sourced, real time coverage map.

Stop into a store and check it out, T-Mobile has too many options for you as a business customer to overlook us. I hope you reconsider, and give T-Mobile an opportunity. We sold a handful of them when it first came out, but the vast majority of them were returned because they all had problems.

Customers who buy them online still regularly come in complaining about it. Our store was constantly selling through our inventory of the device. A few had issues, but not too many.

My previous phone was a Nexus 5 which malfunction on me with constant reboot loop. There are some other famous China phone. I wonder if Tmo will pick those up and try? I work at T-Mobile and I am shocked.

That phone was a top seller for customers that wanted a huge phone without paying that huge phone price! ZTE in my opinion has been a great brand lately. I believe they are pulling it because of supply and demand.

Customers are demanding them and we just cannot get them. Now why we have to pull them from our shelves tells me that something major happened to one or more units out there. We will soon learn why.

I have this device and it is awesome! I believe you comment is accurate, will this device receive lollipop. Or does this move on removing the ZMax eliminate T-Mobile to push this update out?

Apple sold like what 10 million iPhones in the first weekend? Maybe lower end customers got it but most people would prefer a higher end smartphone. I have had this phone for a couple of months and it just below in specs to the Samsung Note 4, I am pleased with the speed, with battery bigger then the note 4, mah running 4.

This is the case for the 3 brands I mentioned. I have 2 Zmax and love them. The camera is not all that great but other than that they are quick, large, and affordable. I recommended one for my mom due to the price and it works great for her.

She also was able to get it from Walmart for half what T-Mobile was selling it for. With the Z3 accessories and such are still up, as well as the demo until we sell off inventory.

The Zmax being pulled from everything is a sign not of slow sales, but of something else. My mom owns it and loves it. Mine got warm but only once thus far. I honestly am not surprised. While we did sell a ton of those phones, a lot come back with issues.

Its an ok phone for the pricepoint, but there is also the Samsung Galaxy Avant…. Its been one of our biggest selling handsets.. Cant keep it in stock… So i doubt it was due to lack sales. They have sold a million of them in seven months.

It has the highest customer ratings of any phone in its price range on the T-Mobile website. Metropcs stores would sell out each shipment in five or six hours ZTE is unable to build them fast enough nor supply replacements for defective units.

The Vringo lawsuit is the best explanation anyone has offered. T-Mobile may not want to be involved in the dispute. My Vringo lawsuit theory is wrong. The PC Magazine website is reporting that it is a safety issue caused by owners trying to pry out the non-removable battery to do a hard reset.

I think we have an answer.. As many of these phones they sold it could have been way more if they provided an unlocked bootloader. Owners have been trying to pry out the NON removable battery to do a hard reset which will damage the phone, and maybe the owner.

I bought it in November, and have been pleased, actually. What up ever one, I got the last one two hours before they store stop it but one thing can some one let me know about the case how to get the 3 in 1hard case in Florida south side.

I own this device and this article was just sent my way from a colleague. My only complaint about this phone is that no one has been able to acheive a permanent root solution or even unlock the Bootloader… yet.

Some forums are indicating that we are very close.

They were counting on me using them as a service. If any taxes are incurred, they are charged by the destination country and not by Gearbest. Where are these phones manufactured? Once it chirps thru earbus you go deaf. Unlimited data and messaging plans, but with anytime minutes. My phone had no problems from about Christmas until about a month ago.

Favorable reviews from Sprint people but not like Verizon. Neither of them knows how to root, and sometimes have to explain, more than one, why I root my phones and what rooting is. We are sorry to tell you this phone does not have the fingerprint function and it does not have the compass sensor. In closing, I will say never had an issue with actual call quality.

Thanks for stopping by…. A Hello Evans, Yes this item in stock now. I bought my product on the 11th! Kinda sucks now that no one else will be able to buy the phone.

Dropped calls, poor reception and a bill that kept getting higher and higher each month, even with the unlimited data package. I noticed right away that there is a lot of play in the charging port itself so I will assume this is the real culprit and will explain why there are a few videos on YouTube on how to replace the port. Puts my IPod to shame. See…
